Do you have a factory?

Yes, we have built a state of the art factory in the beautiful pink city. For bulk orders you are welcome to visit us at the factory. You can find the address at the footer of the website.

Do you take customized orders?

Yes, creating bespoke pieces as per your requirement is our expertise.


What are the various payment options?

a.Online Payment via Credit or Debit. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
b.Cash on Delivery (COD)You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only within India.

Do you have a limit on Cash-On-Delivery?

Yes you can avail COD upto 20,000 as per RBI guidelines.

Will my credit card details be kept safe?

Absolutely yes! We value and respect your privacy. Entire website is SSL secured with data encryption. Furthermore your card details are entered only on a secured page which is hosted by the third party payment gateway.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Domestic orders are all inclusive of taxes. International orders (shipping outside of India) may attract relevant taxes/ duties which need to be borne by the customer and we will inform you before shipping the order.


Are you charging for shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders.

For international orders there is a shipping charge based on the location which will be informed at the time of placing the order.

Will my order be shipped securely?

All orders are packed under CCTV surveillance and in a tamper-proof secured packaging. It is fully-insured upto your door step.

How long does it take for my order to reach?

It depends on the location where it is shipped. Typically it takes between 2-5 working days after it is shipped from our factory.

Do you ship outside of India as well?

Yes, we ship globally. If you would like to place an international order please write to us at onlinesales@symetree.com and we will deliver to your doorstep.


Can I track my order?

Once the order is confirmed, you would be provided tracking number of the shipment, which can be tracked.


Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Please email us at onlinesales@symetree.com or Whatsapp us on +91 9829233727 at the earliest. If the order is not dispatched we may be able to accept your change request. Once it is shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address.


How can I initiate a return?

To return your item(s), please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at onlinesales@symetree.com

Who is to bear the return shipping costs?

For returning jewellery items the customer will need to bear the shipping cost.

How can I cancel my order?

Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.

When will I receive a refund for my returned products?

All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation


I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

Don’t need to worry, you can regenerate a new password simply on clicking at “forgotten password” on our login page.
